Why attend
We are social creatures and we need connection and community to survive and thrive. After more than a year of pandemic and lockdown and virtual meetings, it’s time to get back to hugging and talking in person.
The TDTT Retreat is an exclusive retreat for TDTT members to connect, learn, and grow together. We will have sessions that will get you thinking and give you ideas to accelerate success. We will also have plenty of time for you to network and connect with your colleagues and friends in talent development.
Our goal is for you to get ideas and solutions you need while developing lifelong friendships with people who will support you throughout the rest of your career.
If you enjoy the community and connecting with others in talent development, you will absolutely love this retreat.
Additionally, I am a connector. I love bringing people together. If you have been in my network or a member of the community for a while, you’ve probably seen that. I love hosting our community and connecting people on a regular basis. And I really love hosting events and bringing people together to connect and support each other. This is not even about me or any big name speakers.
This is about US. This is about community. This is about bringing people together to support each other.
It’s about time.
