Agenda
Empowering employees through HEART not only fosters a thriving team spirit but also drives business success. In this inspirational talk, Claude demonstrates how promoting others' growth contributes to overall prosperity for your organization. She'll reveal stories from working alongside Gary Vaynerchuk at VaynerMedia and intertwine them with personal experiences, illustrating the far-reaching positive impact of this transformative leadership approach. Ultimately, she'll equip audiences with a practical and lucrative strategy — The HEART Equation — that you, your teams, and your entire business can thrive.
This unique conference opening will immediately engage you as you get to know and learn from new colleagues and friends. Over 20,000 participants have made this immersive experience one of the highest rated experiential learning events in companies like Microsoft, GE, Whirlpool, Boeing, and many others in 78 countries. You will be the first to be exposed to new, surprising, and powerful research on the behavioral patterns of 70,000 leaders and teams that will be published in 2025 by Don Jones, your lead facilitator. These insights may change the way you think about human potential, your own and those around you, leadership, and organizational design and development. Wear soft soled shoes and get ready to have fun, make connections and learn!

In the ever-evolving world of work, identifying trends that impact talent development is critical to success as a talent development practitioner. With rapid advancements in technology, shifting hiring and labor markets, and changing business conditions, how can talent development leaders pinpoint the most relevant trends that can help them positively impact their organization? During this session, we’ll talk through key trends relevant for talent development leaders for 2024 and beyond, providing key insights for practitioners on why these trends matter, and how they can be applied. During this session, you’ll get a chance to engage in interactive discussions, learn from peers, and discover actionable ideas to implement these trends in your daily work.
Think about your biggest life lessons. We don't change our behavior because someone has told us to change. Instead, we learn by experiencing the ups and downs of being human. So why does so much of our leadership development look like stand-up-and-deliver training? In this session, learn and create a real-time leadership experience that you can take back to innovate your leadership development programs.
In the dynamic landscape of organizational success, change is the driving force. But the path from a groundbreaking idea to its successful implementation is often filled with challenges and uncertainties. In this keynote address, Dr. Rob will guide you through the nuanced journey of change management, offering insights drawn from real-world experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to lead transformational change. With a focus on practical strategies and clear vision, Dr. Rob will illuminate how to engage stakeholders at every level, define what success truly means, and navigate the inevitable obstacles with resilience and clarity.
For learning and development (L&D) professionals, understanding and leveraging transferable skills is crucial for creating a more agile and resilient workforce, supporting career progression, and enhancing employee engagement and retention. This session with job post expert Kat Kibben will show you how to assess those transferable skills based on any job post to plan for employees and evaluate potential candidates more effectively.
During this session, you’ll get a chance to engage in an interactive exercise, learn from peers, and discover actionable ideas to implement these trends in your daily work.
Discover actionable techniques for measuring the impact of training on human and business performance with Kevin M. Yates, the L&D Detective™. Join him in solving a measurement mystery, where you’ll explore a performance-based approach, align learning with performance metrics, identify evidence of impact, and distinguish between actionable and aspirational measurement methods.
Want to get your leaders to STOP talking about “empathy” and START practicing it? This session is for you. This highly interactive, engaging experience will teach you the skills you need to build empathy muscles in your organization and foster a culture that pays bottom-line benefits in employee performance, well being, engagement, and retention.
Leadership ability is often seen as a trait people have instead of a skill they can learn. This is because we are looking at it wrong. We use words like “executive presence” or “charisma” because we haven’t spent enough time breaking down those traits into individual behaviors that we can train.
Using his experience at the revolutionary aerospace company, SpaceX, Matt will lead participants through the design philosophy of “first-principles thinking” to describe a better way to develop leaders. Using real world examples, you will get to put these design principles into practice to help improve your organization’s existing development programs, or build new ones that are even better.
By 2030, 30% of the workforce will be Gen Z. That’s why intentionally engaging & developing early talent will be a significant driver in your organization’s success.

"I LOVED IT. I'm inspired to be a better leader, facilitator, communicator, coach, teammate, influencer and employee. This is the first conference I have been to where I came back and typed up all my notes for reference and scheduled time to meet with my manager about ideas for the organization. I'm so happy I attended!

The people Andy attracted to the TDTT event were amazing and have truly created lifelong friends. In a post COVID world, getting the opportunity to meet some many people in person was amazing.
- Phillip Migyanko, Career Coach
Interaction with other attendees (no power points in breakouts!) and the smaller, more intimate group that meant we could really get to know each other. Also loved having a charity represented - that was fun to work together to donate. Almost all the keynote speakers were fantastic! Finally, LOVED the mastermind session - it was SO helpful!

The amount of intellectual horsepower in the participant list was truly impressive. The size, structure, and venue gave us a chance to learn from peers, speakers, and attendees alike - even when I was speaking, I was learning. I also really liked the "each speaker goes twice" design - it added value as a speaker and gave people a chance to see more of what they wanted.
- Ed Muzio, CEO of Group Harmonics, Inc.
This conference was terrific--small enough to easily network and meet lots of fantastic people and large enough to have dynamic and powerful speakers/sessions. I left feeling enthused with all of the new ideas and knowledge.

Decision Mojo is the award-winning in-person master class in decision-making from 10,000 Feet, LLC
There is never a guarantee that leaders and professionals will always make good decisions, even in the most benign circumstances. Being able to consistently make high-quality decisions in challenging circumstances is an even rarer skill.
Drawing on the most recent research in neuroscience, decision theory and behavioral economics, Decision Mojo™ helps us recognize key cognitive traps that can cause sub-optimum decisions. It then teaches a number of specific strategies for avoiding the traps and making more effective decisions.
Decision Mojo is highly interactive and practical. Throughout the workshop, key techniques for creating immediately actionable learning are employed and participants leave the course with a set of tools to help them apply what they learned as they continue to refine their decision-making skills.
